Retreat for Breath, Values, and Alignment

A day for inner clarity—in rhythm with your breath

There are times when we realize: we’ve drifted. From what matters to us. From what we feel. From ourselves. Maybe it happened gradually. Maybe it was necessary. But now it’s time to return.

Not to old patterns—but to yourself. To the place where your breath begins. Where your values point the way. Where you feel what truly grounds you.

This one-day retreat offers you a clearly held space to let go of what no longer nourishes you—and realign with what you truly want to live. Through connected breathing, your inner voice, and the language of your body.

A day where nothing needs explaining. And everything is welcome to be felt.

What to Expect

This retreat doesn’t follow a rigid schedule—it follows an inner rhythm. Each step builds on the last and invites you to physically, mentally, and emotionally realign.

You’ll be gently guided through the day—with clarity, presence, and real space for yourself.

  • Arriving in the Space and in the Body
A short cleansing ritual helps you arrive fully in the here and now.

  • Introduction: The Breath
You’ll learn how breath affects your nervous system and why connected breathing can go so deep.

  • Inner Journey: What Do You Want to Breathe For?
In a guided meditation with journaling, you’ll set your focus. What’s on your mind? What do you want to explore or resolve?

  • Breathwork Session – 120 minutes
You lie down and breathe—consciously, in a connected rhythm, with music. The session is mindfully held. Emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations are welcome to come and go. You stay with yourself and are safely guided through the process.

  • Letting Go Ritual & Transition
After the breath journey, you’ll release what no longer serves you. A small, intentional act—with big impact. You leave something behind and open yourself to something new.

  • Tea Break & Integration
There’s warm tea and small snacks. You can rest quietly or share softly with others. Your nervous system has time to process what’s emerged.

  • Values Work – What Truly Matters to You?
In a simple guided exercise, you’ll identify three of your core values. They help you make clearer decisions, understand inner conflicts, and live more in tune with yourself.

  • Resonance Constellation with Your Values
You’ll place your three values in physical space—and encounter them through your body. What do you feel? Do they feel aligned?

  • Anchor Selection & Integration
You choose an anchor to support you in daily life: a scent, a gesture, or an image—something to keep your experience accessible.

  • Values Circle & Conscious Closing
We’ll close the day together—with space to share or simply be present in silence. You leave grounded and clear.

  • For the Journey Ahead
You’ll receive an envelope—with insights, values, your anchor, and a small surprise. To support your path forward.

What Makes This Retreat Special?

No method for self-optimization

This retreat is not a group coaching session or a method for self-improvement. It’s a carefully held experiential space where you encounter yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

You are guided, not analyzed

By two experienced coaches who have grown through breathwork themselves and who hold space quietly, attentively, and with presence. One of them is also a yoga teacher—with deep understanding of bodily processes, internal movement, and the connection between breath and the nervous system.

The focus is on you—not the group

This is not about bonding, exchanging, or showing yourself to others. It’s about connecting with what moves you personally. It’s about you—and only afterward, if you wish, about sharing with others.

All the tools are already within you

You only need three things: your breath, your values, and your body. These resources are already present—we’ll help you access them.

Your Breath

Symbol eines menschlichen Kopfes im Profil mit drei gewellten Linien vor Mund und Nase – steht für Atem.

What wants to be seen
Connected breath is a simple yet powerful technique with no pause between inhale and exhale. It activates your nervous system on physical, emotional, and mental levels. As your breathing deepens, your body chemistry shifts—inner spaces open up. Many people experience heightened body awareness, images, or emotions. You stay with yourself and meet whatever arises.

Your Values

What guides you
Values are not ideas. They are deeply anchored within you and shape how you feel, decide, and act—often without realizing it. If you’re experiencing exhaustion, frustration, or inner resistance, it may be a sign: you’re living out of alignment with your values. In this guided values work, you’ll identify three of your core values. You’ll name them, sense their impact, and begin to use them as inner guides.

Your Body

What lives within you
What you experience in this retreat is meant to stay with you—even when everyday life resumes. That’s what the anchor is for. At the end of the day, you’ll choose something that reconnects you to your experience—not just in thought, but in feeling. A scent, a gesture, an image—something tangible that links you back to what you felt during the retreat. So you don’t forget what it feels like to truly be with yourself.

This Retreat Is for You If You…

  • give a lot in daily life—professionally or privately—but hardly feel yourself anymore.

  • want to stop being faster or better—and start being more real.

  • sense that something is shifting in your life—and don’t want to keep just “functioning.”

  • guide others or carry a lot of responsibility—as a coach, therapist, teacher, leader, or parent—and know how important it is to stay in your own strength and inner alignment.

For you—if you’re ready to pause. And to listen again: to your breath, your body, your values.

Three Dimensions

…where you meet yourself

A truly holistic experience arises where body, mind, and soul work together.
Each level touches you in a different way—and all three guide you back to yourself.

Body — Integrate. Move. Anchor.

The body is not only the vessel of our life—it reminds us that transformation doesn’t happen through thinking, but through experience. In the retreat, you reconnect with yourself through connected breathing, stillness, rituals, and mindful anchoring practices. What you experience becomes more than an idea—it gets physically anchored through breath, movement, and sensory impressions. That’s what integration means here: not a resolution, but a felt shift.

Mind — Recognize. Reflect. Understand.

Between stimulus and response, there is a space—and in this retreat, you’ll feel it. You’ll take time for inner questions: “What truly matters?”, “Which values carry me?”, “What do I want to breathe for?”
Through journaling, mindful prompts, and embodied resonance, a quiet space of reflection opens up—beyond overthinking or spiraling. Your mind gets to understand without having to explain. You’ll make sense of what was unclear—and find guidance that doesn’t come from outside.

Soul — Perceive. Feel. Connect.

The soul speaks softly—often through the body, often through the breath. In this retreat, you reconnect with what you may not have felt in a long time: yourself. Not as an ideal, but in your vibrant wholeness—with what is tender, what cracks, what flows. You’re invited to feel without having to justify. And to come into connection—with your inner experience and with what brings meaning from within.

Important to Know

This retreat is not a therapeutic setting

The breathwork session can be physically and emotionally intense. You may feel deeply, cry, laugh—or simply breathe. Whatever arises is welcome. This is about your nervous system, your breathing, your body—not about medical treatment or healing.

This retreat is not therapy.

Please only attend if you feel emotionally stable and are not currently experiencing acute physical or psychological conditions.

Please do not participate if you are currently:

  • undergoing psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment (e.g., trauma therapy, acute depression, or psychosis)
  • living with severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, arrhythmias)
  • experiencing chronic or acute respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
  • affected by neurological disorders such as epilepsy
  • pregnant
  • dealing with severe back or joint issues that make it difficult to lie down
  • taking strong medication that affects your perception or emotional stability (e.g., psychiatric drugs, painkillers)

If you’re currently in a very unstable or overwhelmed inner state, please take time to honestly consider whether this retreat will truly support you—or whether a different setting might be more helpful right now.

If you’re unsure: feel free to reach out.
We’ll help you determine whether this format is right for you.

Got questions?

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or values work?

No. You don’t need any experience—just the willingness to be with yourself. All practices will be clearly guided. You’ll be gently supported throughout the day, even if this is your first time consciously breathing or working with inner alignment.

What if strong emotions come up?

Whatever shows up is welcome. You’ll be supported throughout the entire breathwork session. It’s not about controlling anything or “doing it right.” You’ll be held, seen, and supported—even in intense moments.

What exactly is meant by “values work”?

In this context, values work means turning inward and consciously naming what truly matters to you—beyond roles or expectations. You’ll come into resonance with these values and anchor them physically and sensorially (e.g., through scent or gesture) so they can support you meaningfully in daily life.

Do I have to talk about my experience?

No. You can share if you’d like—but you don’t have to. Silence is welcome, too. Your experience belongs to you, and it’s allowed to be exactly as it is.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes that let you lie down, breathe, and move freely. Perhaps a water bottle and something to cover yourself if you tend to get cold. Mats, blankets, and tea will be provided—along with plenty of space for you.

I’m not sure if this works for me physically. What should I do?

Simply contact us beforehand. If you’re unsure—due to a condition or current strain—we’ll figure out together whether and how this retreat can be a good fit for you.
