Declaration on accessibility

Unblend (‘we’) endeavours to make the website www.unblend.de accessible. Our commitment is based on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), which implements EU Directive (EU) 2019/882 and is based on the harmonised standard EN 301 549 (WCAG 2.1 AA).

1. status of compatibility

  • Our website fulfils many of the requirements of the BFSG (based on WCAG 2.1 AA), but is not fully accessible.
  • The last review was carried out by an internal self-assessment on 30 June 2025.

2. Non-accessible content

The following content is currently not fully accessible

  • Images, graphics and other elements without continuous alternative texts
  • Partially incomplete keyboard navigation for interactive elements
  • Not always meaningful heading structure (headings)
  • Videos without subtitles or audio description

3. Creation of the declaration

This declaration was prepared on 30 June 2025. It is based on a self-assessment in accordance with the requirements of the BFSG and the WCAG test steps.

5. arbitration procedure

6 Technical implementation

We use modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, WAI-ARIA, JavaScript) and are guided by the specifications for screen readers (e.g. NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

7. updating

This declaration will be reviewed and updated at least once a year or in the event of significant changes to our website – in accordance with the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the underlying EU Directive (EU) 2019/882.
