Evening Breathwork

Chisrmas Special for deep relaxation, presence, and self-awareness

When the world gets louder, let your inner world grow quieter.

Especially during the holiday season, many feel the need to pause. To take a breath. To let go—and return to themselves.

This evening session offers you a consciously held space to do just that.
Surrounded by candlelight, winter spices, music, and a small seasonal gift, the space becomes a quiet retreat. No group pressure—just time for you.

Breathwork in the evening acts like an internal brake. Your nervous system shifts from doing to feeling. Your heart rate slows. Stress hormones like cortisol decrease. At the same time, melatonin production is stimulated—the hormone that guides you into rest and sleep.
Studies show: breathing techniques and deep relaxation in the evening not only help you fall asleep more easily, they also improve sleep quality and overnight recovery.

No prior experience needed. No fixed goal. Just a willingness to meet yourself.

What to expect

An evening with depth and structure

Our sessions follow a clear, consciously designed flow that gently carries you through each phase. Every step is intended to ground you, deepen your breath, and help you integrate what you experience.

For the Christmas Special, the evening is designed to be a little more sensory — with small, thoughtful touches.

  • Arrival & Cleansing Ritual
Transition from the day into the now — with candlelight, winter scents, and a quiet moment just for you.
  • Embodiment & Grounding
Gentle, body-oriented movement (e.g., Yin Yoga, intuitive movement, breath impulses)
  • Breathwork Session
40 minutes of conscious breathing while lying down, accompanied by music
  • Yoga Nidra
20 minutes of guided deep relaxation between waking and sleep
  • Tea & Space to Share
With festive spices, a cozy atmosphere, and open space for whatever wants to be present
  • Returning to Everyday Life
Centered, calm, and gently transitioned into your evening
  • BONUS: A small holiday surprise
At the end, a little gift awaits you—prepared with love and just right for this moment

We’re here for you—present, clear, attentive

Before, during, and after the session, we’re by your side—with presence, clarity, and care. Music, body awareness, and a safe setting support you in going deeper—at your own pace.

What you experience is not decided by your mind—or by us. Your system leads the way. Sometimes it’s simply a moment of pause. Sometimes it’s a moving journey. Both are welcome.

Connected Breath—simple and powerful

This session offers a space for personal exploration. At the center is the Connected Breath—a simple yet effective breathing technique without pauses between inhale and exhale.

It supports you in getting things moving—physically and emotionally. Releasing tension. Reconnecting with what’s alive inside.

Yoga Nidra for better sleep

Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and sleep. Your body can fully relax while your awareness remains gently present. Studies show that just 20 minutes can improve sleep quality, regulate the nervous system, and even support memory function. Especially in times of stress, restlessness, or trouble falling asleep, Yoga Nidra has a quiet, deep, and lasting effect.

This session is for you if you…

  • want to end the year with intention.
  • are looking for a real pause in the middle of the holiday rush — no distractions, no goals.
  • want to feel what’s moving in you — physically, quietly, beneath the December surface.
  • want to enter the holiday season focused and grounded — with a steady center.
  • aren’t drawn to classic meditation, but long for real depth.

You’re welcome—with whatever is present. No expectations. No judgment.

Important to Know

This session is an experiential space—not a therapeutic setting.

You may feel deeply, cry, laugh, or simply breathe. Whatever arises is welcome.

It’s about your nervous system, your breath, your body—not about healing in a medical sense.

Please do not attend if you are currently:

  • undergoing psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment (e.g., trauma therapy, acute depression, psychosis)
  • experiencing severe cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, arrhythmia)
  • affected by chronic or acute respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
  • living with neurological disorders such as epilepsy
  • pregnant
  • dealing with severe back or joint problems that make lying down difficult
  • taking strong medications that affect your perception or emotional balance (e.g., psychiatric drugs, painkillers)

If you’re currently in an emotionally unstable or overwhelmed state, please check in with yourself honestly to see whether this space feels truly right for you.

If you’re unsure—feel free to reach out to us in advance.

Got questions?

Do I need experience with breathwork or yoga?

No. This session is designed for beginners. You’ll be clearly and gently guided through every phase – no pressure, no prior knowledge needed.

What if strong emotions come up?

Breath can move a lot—physically and emotionally. Feelings that haven’t had space may rise to the surface. You’re not alone in this. We’ll hold the space for you—present, nonjudgmental, and steady.

Important: Please be honest with yourself if you have physical or psychological preconditions.
This is not about performance. It’s about caring for yourself.

Do I have to talk about my experience?

No. You can share if you’d like—but silence is welcome, too. Your experience is yours, and it gets to be exactly as it is.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes to lie and breathe in. Maybe a water bottle and something to cover yourself if you tend to get cold. Mats, blankets, and tea will be provided—along with plenty of space for you.

I’m not sure if this is right for me physically. What should I do?

Just reach out to us beforehand. If you’re unsure—due to a condition or recent strain—we’ll find out together whether and how this session can support you.
