Morning Breathwork

Christmas Special for Energy, Alignment, and Renewed Clarity

Before the day takes over—take this moment for yourself.

Especially in December, when to-do lists grow and calendars fill up, a clear and quiet start makes all the difference. No pressure. No demands. Just you—and your breath.

This Christmas Special offers a focused morning space: activating, grounding, and clearly structured. You give yourself energy instead of exhaustion, focus instead of distraction—and begin your day centered and present.

Connected breathing gets your system moving, sharpens your senses, and clears your mind. Fatigue, pressure, or inner tension can ease—making room for clarity, alertness, and strength.

Especially now—when many start the day in their heads—this session offers a physical counterbalance. A space that doesn’t overwhelm but truly supports you.

No experience needed. No pressure. Real impact.
You don’t need a method or a goal—just the willingness to be in real contact with yourself.

We’re Here With You

Clear. Present. Grounded.

We hold the space with structure, mindfulness, and ease. You’ll be guided throughout—from arrival to reintegration. Through music, bodywork, and presence, we create a safe container that energizes and grounds you.

Each day begins differently. Each body responds uniquely. Whatever you experience—calm, wild, refreshing—it is welcome. You’re invited to take with you whatever serves you.

Connected Breath—Simple and Powerful

This session offers you a safe space for self-exploration. At its core lies the Connected Breath—a simple but powerful breathing technique without pauses between inhale and exhale.

It helps bring physical and emotional movement, releases tension, and reconnects you with your inner world.

This session is for you if you…

  • want to start December not on autopilot, but in connection with yourself.
  • prefer to begin your day with clarity—instead of emails, gift ideas, or to-do lists.
  • need fresh energy—physically and mentally.
  • want to breathe, feel, and recharge—without having to talk.
  • carry responsibility in the morning—professionally or personally.

You are welcome. Just as you are. Sleepy, awake, overwhelmed, or curious.

Important to Know

This session is an experiential space—not a therapeutic setting.

You may feel deeply, cry, laugh, or simply breathe. Whatever arises is welcome.

It’s about your nervous system, your breath, your body—not about healing in a medical sense.

Please do not attend if you are currently:

  • undergoing psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment (e.g., trauma therapy, acute depression, psychosis)
  • experiencing severe cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, arrhythmia)
  • affected by chronic or acute respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
  • living with neurological disorders such as epilepsy
  • pregnant
  • dealing with severe back or joint problems that make lying down difficult
  • taking strong medications that affect your perception or emotional balance (e.g., psychiatric drugs, painkillers)

If you’re currently in an emotionally unstable or overwhelmed state, please check in with yourself honestly to see whether this space feels truly right for you.

If you’re unsure—feel free to reach out to us in advance.

Got questions?

Do I need experience with breathwork or yoga?

No. This session is designed for beginners. You’ll be clearly and gently guided through every phase – no pressure, no prior knowledge needed.

What if strong emotions come up?

Breath can move a lot—physically and emotionally. Feelings that haven’t had space may rise to the surface. You’re not alone in this. We’ll hold the space for you—present, nonjudgmental, and steady.

Important: Please be honest with yourself if you have physical or psychological preconditions.
This is not about performance. It’s about caring for yourself.

Do I have to talk about my experience?

No. You can share if you’d like—but silence is welcome, too. Your experience is yours, and it gets to be exactly as it is.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes to lie and breathe in. Maybe a water bottle and something to cover yourself if you tend to get cold. Mats, blankets, and tea will be provided—along with plenty of space for you.

I’m not sure if this is right for me physically. What should I do?

Just reach out to us beforehand. If you’re unsure—due to a condition or recent strain—we’ll find out together whether and how this session can support you.

Das Licht ist gedämpft, es scheint ein bewölkter Tag zu sein. Bei der Frau handelt es sich um Darina Dreke – eine der beiden Gründerinnen von UNBLEND.
