Systemic Constellation with Ayurveda

A space for deep insight, healing connection, and lasting integration

There are moments when something inside us whispers, “This can’t go on.” Not loud. Not dramatic. But unmistakable.
And still, we often don’t know where to start—in the body, in the mind, in the heart?

This unique constellation format opens a space for you to experience yourself on all levels of being – just as Ayurveda has described for thousands of years: as an interplay between your physical body, your social energy, your emotional field, your mental strength, and your spiritual core.

And at the center of it all: your “Self”—often trying to hold everything together.

What makes this constellation special?

This constellation follows the holistic path of Ayurveda, requires at least 6 participants, and will be held in German. In a spacious and clear setting, we work with the five Ayurvedic layers of the body (Koshas)—and your Self, which often gets caught in between.

Through a powerful mix of guided constellation work, breath and meditation practices, and ritual cleansing, we accompany you across these five levels—and back to yourself.

Whether you join as an issue-holder or as a representative—every role touches something essential in you. Because what shows up, wants to be seen.

As an issue-holder

Icon, das einen unspezifischen Kopf im Seitenprofil mit wachsender Pflanzenranke zeigt.

You bring a topic and connect with your five Koshas—or energetic sheaths of the body, mind, and soul:

  • The physical body · grounding & sensing
  • The emotional body · feeling & experiencing
  • The mental body · clarity & insight
  • The social body” · relating & connecting
  • The spiritual body” · trust & inner wisdom

In the constellation, your internal system begins to shift—things come to light, and what’s ready to release can reorganize itself. A space where what needs to be seen is allowed to show up—with real, lasting impact.

As a Representative

Icon mit zwei gespiegelten und in einander verschlungenen Köpfen im Seitenprofil.

Even without a personal issue, you become part of a meaningful process. You embody aspects of others—and in doing so, discover layers of your own story.

  • Nothing appears by chance.
  • Every role is a mirror.
  • Every movement has something to do with you.

As an Observer

Icon mit stilisierter Person im Lotossitz – im yogischen auch Padmasana genannt.

You’re present—with awareness and an open heart. Without stepping into a role, you witness what moves between the issue-holder and the field. You feel what resonates within you—physically, emotionally, mentally.

This form of witnessing opens a quiet, profound space for self-perception.

Three Ways

… this space invites transformation

True integration happens when body, mind, and soul work together.
Each level touches you differently—and all three bring you home to yourself.

1. Your Mind · Recognizing what’s within

The five Ayurvedic layers—physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual—reveal how your system is currently structured. You recognize patterns and blockages without having to overthink.

2. Your Soul · Feeling what strengthens you

Through body awareness, breathwork, and systemic constellation, you experience what lies beneath the surface. You connect to your inner truth—real, tangible, and clear.

3. Your Body · Anchoring what remains

Through conscious rituals, a grounded framework, and deep presence, your experiences don’t fade—they land in your body and in your life.

Still have questions?

I’ve never joined a constellation. Can I still take part?

Yes! No prior experience is needed—everything is explained with care.

Do I need to bring a personal issue?

No. You can participate as a representative or observer and still be deeply moved.

How personal is it—do I have to share a lot?

Only as much as feels right for you. A constellation is more about what shows up in the field than about words. Everything shared stays confidential.

How many topics will be explored?

Usually two. This allows enough space for depth, process, and reflection – for everyone involved.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, openness—and anything you need to feel good (e.g., water bottle, notebook, warm socks). Tea, water, and small snacks are provided.

How do I register?

Just fill out the contact form or give us a cal—we’re happy to hear from you.

How can I pay?

Payment is by advance invoice. You’ll receive all details after registering.

If the course doesn’t take place (e.g., not enough participants), we’ll inform you in time—and you can either reschedule or get your money back.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance free of charge—and will receive a full refund. For later cancellations, the full fee applies. This policy applies to all booked sessions.
